Pricing

The package prices shown are indicative ranges to help you budget. They are not quotations and do not constitute an offer. The final price for any project depends on its scope, and is confirmed in a written quotation before work begins.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us. A project only commences once we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it in writing.

Intellectual property

The design, text, logo, and graphics on this site belong to Code Orbit unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work produced for clients is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Code Orbit is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on this website's content, or from any interruption to its availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
