This policy explains what personal information Code Orbit collects through CodeOrbit's website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to align with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site:

• Name and email address — required, so we can identify and reply to you.
• Phone number and subject — optional.
• Your message — whatever project details you decide to share.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential project. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request logs. Both act as processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@codeorbit.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
